Ubuntu8.10 に VMware Server 2

インストールしたら変な web インターフェースで泣きそう。

とりあえず root でログインしようなどとするので

$ sudo /usr/bin/vmware-config.pl 

で再設定

The current administrative user for VMware Server  is 'root'.  Would you like 
to specify a different administrator? [no] yes

Please specify the user whom you wish to be the VMware Server administrator
[root] yoshiori

で、とりあえず回避……
